Ethical Uses of Power with Nkem Ndefo

Embark on a transformative journey to unearth personal narratives and connect to the emotional and somatic experiences that shape how we both wield and shrink from power. Through embodied reflections and intimate discussions, we will unpack historical power dynamics and our lived realities of power and powerlessness; explore the tensions between the destructive and generative capacities of power; and envision how personal values can serve as anchors to an embodied ethic of power.
