Join us for an immersive 90-minute experiential workshop designed to enhance your embodied and theoretical understanding of the therapeutic tremor. The Advanced Tremor Workshop addresses emerging topics tailored to participants’ interests and questions. Bring your curiosity and playfulness as we collectively:

• Discover techniques for guiding your therapeutic tremor to new areas of your body.
• Differentiate between various types of organic movements, including vibratory and trauma completion movements, as well as myofascial unwinding.
• Delve into the crucial role of the tremor in phase two trauma healing.
• Expand your knowledge of fascia and its significance in the tremor and healing process.

This 90-minute workshop begins with a guided tremor practice, followed by engaging lecture and discussions. Together, we will uncover the tremor’s remarkable potential in fostering resilience, facilitating trauma recovery, and promoting physical rehabilitation.
