The Resilience Toolkit for Stress & Anxiety – Part 1

Need quick, easy techniques to better manage your stress and anxiety? Want to build personal resilience to meet any challenges that arise?

The Resilience Toolkit is a body-focused, trauma-informed set of 8 quick, easy practices informed by 13 cutting-edge scientific models. They have changed many lives (including that of the facilitator) and equip individuals to not only live happier, healthier lives, but to transform the systems, organizations and communities around them to create a world that works better for more of us.

By the end of one hour, you will:

  • Explore definitions of stress and resilience
  • Develop awareness of your body’s messages
  • Know the three core questions to assess your stress level
  • Understand the basic science of the human stress response
  • Gain three one-minute tools to reduce stress in the moment
  • Define personal next steps
