Tender Love Integration Program

Get support applying your new trauma-informed care knowledge and skills with the Tender Love Integration Program.
Come together for new perspectives and creative problem solving with expert mentorship and peer support.
With The Tender Love Integration Program you’ll deepen your knowledge and practice your skills in a supportive environment.
Each week, members will bring the questions that arise in implementing the eTIRO approach to collaboratively address real life professional dilemmas.
In the Tender Love Integration Program you will:
- Deepen your embodied resilience
- Enhance your empathy while creating and holding healthy boundaries
- Practice preventing vicarious trauma and burnout
- Foster cross-role collaboration within perinatal healthcare teams to build supportive coalitions
- Integrate eTIRO principles into perinatal practices, policies, and procedures to improve outcomes

Wednesdays from January 3, 2024 through March 13, 2024 (6 sessions)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific / 12:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 – 8:00 PM GMT
