Alliance Peer Roundtable: Program Design and Evaluation

What have you learned about designing, building, and evaluating a Resilience Toolkit program since completing certification? What are you curious and wanting to learn more about?

Join us for an Alliance Peer Roundtable to come together and share the practical knowledge of program design and evaluation: the decisions, trial and error, and open questions that shape how you’re offering the Toolkit out in the world. This is a peer sharing space, not a teaching session. We’re here to learn from each other’s real experience, share ideas, and encourage each other. Program design and evaluation  often happens alone with little chance to compare notes and get mutual support. This Roundtable is a chance to close that gap.

Before the Roundtable, let us know which of the following program design and evaluation topics you’d most like to discuss with your peers. Based on the responses, we will set up breakout rooms for the topics that have enough interest:

• Room 1: Program Design Basics (e.g. target audience, pricing, access, needs assessments, and the practical decisions behind getting a program off the ground.)
• Room 2: Curriculum Development (e.g. sequencing, pacing, outcomes and objectives, and choosing which models to lead with)
• Room 3: Integrating the Toolkit with Other Modalities (i.e. blending the Toolkit with other frameworks or practices you work in)
• Room 4: Evaluation (e.g. knowing what’s working and what’s not, adapting based on feedback, measuring outcomes and impact)
• Room 5: Sustaining & Growing the Work (e.g. marketing and outreach, follow-up, partnerships and collaborations, scaling)

We’ll close by bringing what surfaced in each room back to the whole group, so insight can travel beyond the room it started in.
