PART 2: The Resilience Toolkit for Stress & Anxiety

Need more quick, easy techniques to manage your stress and anxiety? This session is for you if you’ve already participated in Part 1!

PLEASE NOTE: This session is for those who have already participated in Part 1! Want to understand the human stress response more deeply? Learn more tools to manage yours?

By the end of one hour, you will:

  • Develop more awareness of your body’s messages
  • Review the three core questions to assess your stress level
  • Practice the three tools from Part 1
  • Understand more science behind the human stress response
  • Gain two more one-minute tools to reduce stress in the moment
  • Define personal next steps

This session is interactive, engaging, calming and grounded in trauma-informed principles. Past participants have said:
