Reduce stress and build personal capacity with The Resilience Toolkit. This 3-part workshop will teach you how to recognize and respond to symptoms of stress in the body, and how to choose from a suite of mindfulness and movement tools that help regulate the nervous system and build resilience.
In this series, you will:
The Resilience Toolkit is meant for all body types and is easily adaptable for any fitness level or mobility challenge. After completing The Resilience Toolkit, you can practice it independently at your convenience. Empower your body to heal itself and open up to a greater sense of joy and wholeness.

3 Wednesdays: April 3rd, April 10th, April 17th | 10:00 AM PT to 11:30 AM PT
Registration includes a digital copy of The Resilience Toolkit Workbook
Workshop events will be conducted online via Zoom. Meeting details will be emailed 48 hours prior to the start of the first session. You will need a computer or mobile device, reliable internet connection, and a private space in which to attend meetings.
This workshop is limited to 8 participants.
Ije Ude is a Resilience Toolkit Certification Clinical Trainer, Certified Life Coach and Wellness Strategist. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and has worked in the gender violence and social justice movements for the past 20 years as an organizer, trainer and youth worker. Read more…
