Susana Rinderle, MA, PCC

Susana Rinderle, MA, PCC is a writer, poet, transformational life & leadership coach, and trauma-informed resilience practitioner. Her first career was in diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and organization development where she spent nearly 30 years garnering results for employers and clients across the U.S. and abroad as an internal subject matter expert, organizational leader, and external consultant. Susana is a former Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry in the leadership development practice and a TEDx speaker. Her articles have appeared in multiple commercial publications and academic journals. Susana has been coaching for 13 years and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Mentor Coach. She is a Level II Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit. Her own life has been transformed since she began practicing these tools in January 2019, and she has taught them to hundreds of people in multiple walks of life in eight countries.
